Refund & Return Policy
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase with your receipt for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return Conditions
- Online purchases cannot be returned without a receipt or proof of purchase.
- All returned products must be in new and unused condition, including all accessories, packaging, and instructions.
- Damage to delivered products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Membership refunds must be requested in writing and within 15 days of SPN’s receipt of the original membership application and payment.
Exceptions and Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Customized products
- Any merchandise that may have been contaminated with any substance
- Items related to seasonal events once the event date has passed
