SLO-PITCH NATIONAL REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of product.
• Online purchases cannot be returned without a receipt or proof of purchase.
• All returned products must be in new and unused condition (including all accessories, packing, instructions, etc.)
• Damages on delivered products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Membership refunds must be requested in writing, and within 15 days of SPN’s receipt of the original membership application and payment.
EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Product Missing Original Packaging
• A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on returned product that is not in the original packaging.
The following items are excluded from this refund policy and will not be accepted for refund or exchange:
• Customized product
• Any merchandise that has possibly been contaminated with any substance that may pose a health risk
• Due to the nature of some seasonal events, returns will not be permitted after the event date
