All teams must be paid in full by end of registration date.
Please do not request no Friday games.

Any roster changes after roster lock date will be $25.00 per player . Changes must be emailed to the SPN Office by Thursday September 10, 6:00 pm. Payment to be made by cash when picking up Coaches package before first game.
