Host cities include Leduc, Alberta, Brampton, Ontario, and Moncton, New Brunswick—don’t miss your chance to be part of the action!

ONLINE REGISTRATION

OPENS MARCH 1st, 2025

Registration and full payment are due no later than May 15, 2025. Entries received thereafter will not be guaranteed a spot in any division. The official team roster/waiver for the 2025 National Championships is due no later than June 15, 2025 and team rosters are frozen as of this date.

The National Championship entry fee is $675.00 TAX incuded + your 2025 insured team membership fee (fee varies by province). The entry fee is non-refundable unless a request to withdraw is submitted in writing to SPN Head Office by May 31, 2025.

Note: If you are a member of an SPN affiliated league, you will still be required to pay your membership fee upfront at the time of registration (unless your league has already registered for the current season). You will then be reimbursed once your league registers, and only if your tournament team roster/waiver form is the same as your league team roster/waiver form.

The SPN team membership is an annual registration fee that covers the cost of administration, rulebook, plus team insurance coverage ($5,000,000 liability & secondary accident benefits) for each member on your roster/waiver form.

**All teams competing in the National Championships must be insured members in good standing throughout the 2024 season**

Travel Advisory: Teams booking air travel are advised to allow ample time to arrive for the start of the event and plan departure for Tuesday August 5th/Tuesday September 9 or later. Slo-Pitch National will NOT reschedule games for delayed or cancelled flights.

Welcome to Moncton, New Brunswick – Host of the 2025 and 2026 National Slo-Pitch Championships!

We are thrilled to welcome all teams and players to Moncton for the upcoming 2025 and 2026 National Slo-Pitch Championships for the Coed Divisions! Our organizing committee is excited to host this prestigious event and looks forward to a tournament filled with competitive spirit, camaraderie, and fun.

Our beautiful host venue features multiple fenced and lit slo-pitch fields, ideal for showcasing your talents on the diamond. The central hospitality pavilion provides a perfect spot to relax and catch all the action, with a stunning view of the main field. Families and friends can also enjoy the nearby playground and splash pad, ensuring a great time for all ages.

For your convenience and enjoyment, onsite vendors and food trucks will be available throughout the event, offering a variety of delicious food and refreshments.

If guests try to book outside these dates using the reservation link – the link will show that there are no rooms available. To book dates outside the block or special requests, please contact Victoria at 506-853-5287 or Victoria.liu@cpmoncton.com The rooms will be held until June 30th, 2025. after that date, any remaining room in the block will be released and subsequent reservation will be based on rate of the day and general inventory. Individual reservation can be changed or cancelled without any fee up to 48 hours prior to arrival date; any cancellation or early departure made after 3pm 2 days prior to arrival will incur a fee of one night stay +taxes per room and be added to the individual final bill.
